How to make iced coffee with milk || Best iced coffee recipe



Drink cold coffee? Haven't had a good cold coffee in a long time? Thinking how to make restaurant-like cold coffee at home? Even if you know the recipe, sometimes it is not possible to drink good quality cold coffee. Actually making cold coffee is not as easy as it sounds. Something is bound to go wrong. If you want coffee like a cafe, you have to follow some rules.


Rules for making cold coffee –

Coffee: What kind of coffee you use is the most important. Instant coffee powder is used in most of our homes. But remember, it will never taste like your favorite cafe. Colombian coffee is best if you can afford it. The taste of the Brazilian coffee blend will also linger in the mouth. Coffee beans should not be ground like a powder. Grind the coffee from the beans. There are several ways to do this. The best way to expresso machines. But how many people have such expensive devices at home? Many have small coffeemakers or Moka makers, however. You can use them. A small filter coffee maker also works well. After pouring the coffee, pour hot water on it and keep it for a few hours. If none of these are available, there is another method to make coffee. Which is called cold brew. Put the coffee beans in cold water and keep them in the fridge for 24 hours. Then, using a thin cloth as a strainer, pour the coffee into a bowl. But while doing that, you have to leave it for a while. So that the whole coffee extract is available.

Arranged: Do not put sugar in the glass before coffee? This question is very important. Dissolve the sugar in the coffee and pour it into the glass. The bottom of the glass will be coffee. Many, however, prefer it without sugar. If using cold brew coffee, add a little more. Because cold brew coffee is not as strong as an espresso machine.

Ice: Ice will fall after coffee. A few ices melts below will help cool the coffee. So add more ice. Then pour milk. Don't forget to put the ice in the milk first. Many people blend ice and milk in a mixer. But if you do that, you will never drink coffee well.

Milk: What kind of milk to use is up to you. However, instead of cow's or goat's milk, almond milk or oat milk can be used. Using coconut milk will make the coffee thicker and creamier.

Serving: At the end, you have to scoop it well with a spoon 2-3 times. Can use the chocolate sauce to decorate on top. Can give cream. Can also serve with chocolate pieces.
