How to make wheat biscuits at home without an oven
Biscuit is a food that is more bought than homemade. But if all the delicious biscuits can be made at home, it is better for your health. Many people think that biscuits cannot be made without an oven. If you want, you can easily make delicious biscuits in an ordinary oven. Know the recipe-
Materials
Egg - 1
Sugar - half a cup
Salt - to taste
Soybean oil- half a cup
Flour - one and a half cups
Baking powder- half teaspoon.
Method
Break the eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and salt. Stir in the sugar. Toss again with soybean oil. Add flour little by little. Add baking powder. Mix all the ingredients and make dough. Cover the dough for 10 minutes and knead well with your hands.
After 10 minutes, take a small portion of the dough and flatten it slightly with the help of both palms. You can design the top with a spoon. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Heat a large pot on the stove.
Place a baking rack inside the pot and the baking tray with the biscuits on top. Cover the pot. If there are any holes in the lid, cover them with paper. Bake the biscuits in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes on very low heat. Refrigerate and store in sealed jars for up to two weeks.
