Ingredients:

- 2 and a half cups of flour 

- 2 teaspoons of yeast

- 2 teaspoons of sugar 

- 1 teaspoon of salt 

- 3 tablespoons of butter (melted or at room temperature) 

- 1 cup of lukewarm water (a little more if needed) 

- 1 egg yolk 1


Method:

Step 1:

- First, put yeast, salt, and sugar in 1 cup of lukewarm water and cover it for a while. Then mix well to make a mixture. If you mix the flavor of your choice in this mixture, the bread will be of your choice.


Step 2:

- Take the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle of the dry dough and pour the mixture into it. Add butter to it. Then knead very well with your hands. Knead until smooth.


Step 3:

- When it becomes soft, cover the pot and keep it in a warm place for 30 minutes. When the dough doubles in size, knead the dough well again and squeeze out the air that was left to rise.


Step 4:

- Then grease a bread baking mold or a regular thick baking mold with butter. Place the dough in it with the drawing of the bread and keep it in a warm place for 30 minutes.


Step 5:

- When the dough rises, brush the beaten egg yolk over it. Then let it bake at 180 degrees Celsius.


Step 6:

- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Check with a knife to see if the bread is done. Take it down when done.


Serving:

You can serve it as breakfast or as a snack. Anong with jelly, butter, etc.
