It`s a perfect Dragon Fruit Smoothie recipe, made with full cream milk, ice cube, and purple color dragon.


Dragon fruit smoothie with milk is a very easy recipe. You just need full cream milk, dragon fruit, and some ice cube if you want you can add sugar. As an element, you just need a blender to blend all ingredients. I can tell you about Bangladesh here dragon fruit is new. Before 20 years dragon had not yielded here. But, now dragons yield all over Bangladesh, and people like dragon fruit. Basically, people here don`t know how many funny ways have to consume dragon fruit. So, this article is for mainly Bangladeshi people to share a fantastic recipe to make smoothies with dragon fruit. Ok, let`s start to make dragon fruit smoothies with milk.


Servings: 3 


Ingredients 

1 piece purple color dragon fruit medium size
1/2 liter full cream liquid milk
Ice cube 6 pieces
2 tablespoon sugar(optional)

Method 

Dragon fruit smoothie recipe easy

Step 1: 

First, boil the full cream liquid milk for about 10 minutes. When boiling be careful it may boil over, when it will start to boil over then low the hit and stir continuously with a handle.  

Step 2:

After boiling the full cream milk cold it down. If cold then keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. 

Step 3: 

Wash the dragon fruit, peel off the skin and slice it a small cube size with a sharp knife.



Step 4:

Take a blender and set the juicier pot. Pour all the full cream milk, dragon fruit cubs, ice cubes, and sugar (if you like) then blend it until it is smooth.




Here you go with your healthy dragon fruit smoothie.

Serve:

You can pour your smoothie into a serving glass and serve it to your family, friends, or any guest.
