Ingredients required to make Aloo Puri Recipe:

For Ragda:

50 grams Cooked Dry Green Peas.

2 tbsp finely chopped onions.

2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.

1 tsp Turmeric Powder.

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.

1/8 tsp Garam Masala.

Salt as per taste.

1 tbsp oil.


For complete:

Cup All Purpose Flour.

Cup Wheat Flour.

Salt as per taste.

1 tbsp oil.

Oil for frying.


For Kokum Chutney:

3 tbsp Kokum.

2 tbsp Jaggery.

Salt as per taste.


For Green Chutney:

5-6 Green Chillies.

Salt as per taste.

tsp Lemon Juice.


Other Ingredients:

Onions are thinly sliced.

A little Besan Sev.

A little Chaat Masala.


How to make Aloo Puri Recipe:

Step 1.

First, to make Kokum Chutney, soak the Kokum in lukewarm water for 5 minutes, then take it in a mixer jar, now add jaggery, salt, and 2-3 tablespoons of water and crush it, then Kokum chutney is ready. The kokum chutney has to be kept a little thin.


Step 2.

Now to make green chutney, put green chili, lemon juice, and salt in a mixer jar, then add 1 tablespoon as much water and crush it well, keep this paste a little thick, then green chili chutney is ready.



Step 3.

Now to make puri, take maida flour and wheat flour in a bowl, then add salt and oil and mix it well, now add water as required and knead the dough and leave it aside for 5 minutes.


Step 4.

Now heat the oil and take a uniform puri from the dough, then put the puris in hot oil and keep the fried puris on each other so that the puris remain soft, then the puris are ready.


Step 5.

To make Ragda, heat oil in a pan, then add onion and fry it till the onion becomes soft, now add tomato and fry the tomato till it becomes soft, then add ginger garlic green chili paste and fry it a bit.


Step 6.

Now add salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder and then add cooked dry peas and water as required and cook it well, smash the peas with a smasher and cook it for 5 minutes, Ragda is ready.


Step 7.

Now put the puris on a serving plate first, then put the ragda made on it, now put kokum chutney and green chutney on the ragda, now sprinkle some chaat masala on it, now put the thin onion cut in juliennes on it, and lastly on it Serve aloo puri in hot.
