What if the delicious snack is also healthy? Today I am sharing with you a delicious simple chicken sandwich recipe and healthy recipe. And that is the chicken mayonnaise sandwich. Whatever it takes
- Slice bread 6 pg
- Chicken breast one pcs
- Onion 3 medium size
- One inch of ginger
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder half teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt as per test
- 1 egg
- Oil as much need
How to proceed
Step 1: First, cut the onion and ginger into very small pieces. Care should be taken not to leave large portions. If it is big, it will be difficult while frying.
Step 2: Then the chicken should be minced very nicely with a knife. Chop the mince repeatedly until it becomes soft.
Step 3: Then add all the spices one by one and mix well by hand.
Step 4: Then put the minced meat in a bowl and break an egg into it and mix it well with a hand.
Step 5: Then place a pan on the cooker top and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, fry the mixed mincemeat in a patty shape in the oil till it is brown color.
Step 6: When the chicken patties are fried, the slices of bread should also be little fry in the pan.
Step 7: Spread mayonnaise and barbeque sauce on one side of two slices of bread and top with a chicken patty in the middle and top with a salad of your choice. This will make a delicious chicken mayonnaise sandwich.
Serving
You can decorate it according to your desire and taste and serve it.
