Healthy vegetable fried rice



Vegetable fried rice is a popular food recipe in all around  Asia. It is a Chinese popular recipe, but it is also popular outside of China. People like fried rice because it is easy to cook and very tasty to eat. You can make fried rice in various way, you can cook with only vegetables, with chicken, with egg, with beef, etc. Today I will show you how to make healthy vegetable fried rice. To cook vegetable fried rice you just need some fresh vegetables, egg and some instruments, as like frying pan, strainer, etc. So, let's start with healthy vegetable fried rice.

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Serving: 4-6 persons


Ingredients

2 cups chinigura rice
2 tablespoon cooking oil
2 eggs properly whisked
1/4 cup broccoli sliced
1/4 cup cauliflower sliced
1/4 cup tomato small cube size
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup capsicum sliced
1/4 cup carrots sliced finely
2-3 pcs green chili sliced
1 piece onion medium size thinly sliced
1 clove garlic minced
1 teaspoon black pepper taster
1 teaspoon cumin seed
2 bay leaf
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil to taste
Salt to taste


Method

How to cook healthy vegetable fried rice?

Step 1:

Wash rice until it release clean water. Set a big pan on stove top, add adequate water, 1 tablespoon salt, cumin seed, bay leaf and boil.

Step 2:

When water will be boiling add rice and cook until rice is soft. When rice is soft stain rice with a strainer and cool down.

Step 3:

In a frying pan pour oil, wait for oil is hot, add minced garlic, fry until garlic color brown. Add onion and green chili the fry. Add broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, green peas, capsicum, carrots and fry, about 5 minutes.

Step 4:
Hence all the vegetables are soft, make a little room in the pan with a paddle along with vegetables and eggs, salt, one pinch black pepper powder and do scramble fry. Finally mix with vegetables.

Step 5:
Add cooked rice, salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce and stir fry about 2 minutes. Then add sesame oil and stir fry for more 2 minutes. 

Then your Healthy Fried rice is ready. 

Serving:
You can serve it as a main course of dinner. With other curry and if you don`t want to add extra curry with the meal you can just serve the fried rice. It will be awesome to eat.
